Active D-Operation Map (ADOM). A disaster reporting tool which reports the information detail when a disaster happens in some area of Japan. The user has to choose the building where the disaster happens, then input the information detail including the disaster level, media (image or video), date and time, casuality, and the other relevant information. This tool was built for iOS platform.
